First things first, we need to prepare! Find a guide that you trust to help you get started. Evaluate your current condition and imagine what success will look like for your healing journey.

2. Choose a Path
Now it’s time to choose a path that will be best suited for your particular needs. Don’t worry too much about what other people are doing… although their experiences can certainly help show you the possibilities, different paths work for different people, and you must choose what is right for you.

3. Heal
This is the hardest part, but also the most rewarding. Just like a hike through the wilderness, it will be an adventure… one where you can look back and see a beautiful view and say… I did that, and wow I feel great!
